We offer free delivery to addresses in Sheffield and the surrounding area. No minimum order value.
Most in-stock furniture is delivered within 3–7 working days. We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Prefer to collect? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from our showroom at a time that suits you.
We currently deliver to Sheffield and the surrounding area (approximately a 15-mile radius of our showroom). If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.
We do not currently offer nationwide postal delivery for furniture items. If you are outside our local delivery area and are interested in a product, please call us on 0114 273 7805 to discuss options.
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will contact you by phone or email within 1–2 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Our delivery team will bring your furniture to the room of your choice and ensure it is safely positioned.
Please ensure there is clear access to your property and the room where the furniture will be placed. If there are specific access requirements (narrow doorways, stairs, etc.) please let us know in the order notes at checkout so we can plan accordingly.
If you select Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be held at our showroom at 182–192 Infirmary Road, Sheffield, S6 3DH. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect.
Showroom hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:30pm • Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm • Sunday: Closed.
Quoted delivery timescales are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic disruption, or supplier delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is expected.
Flooring orders (carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVT) are handled separately. Once your flooring order is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule supply and fitting at a time convenient for you. Our qualified fitting team will carry out the installation.
