Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Twelvetree Furnishings.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Twelvetree Furnishings website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Displaying products on our website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and accept payment. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%). Our VAT registration number is GB 308132883. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before processing payment.
Payment is taken at the time of placing your order via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details. If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
We offer free local delivery within our delivery area (Sheffield and surrounding areas). Delivery timescales are estimates only — see our Delivery Information page for full details. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To cancel, please contact us at sales@twelvetreefurnishings.co.uk or call 0114 273 7805.
Once we receive the returned goods in their original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. You may be responsible for return delivery costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described. See our Returns Policy for full details.
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or are not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic lighting. Product dimensions are approximate.
Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
